Terms of Use (EULA)

Welcome to Fonogames! These Terms of Use (EULA) form a legal agreement between you and Prime Deploy, the developer and operator of the app. By using Fonogames, you agree to these terms.

Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that this EULA is between you and Prime Deploy, not Apple/Google. Prime Deploy is solely responsible for Fonogames and its content. This EULA does not include usage rules conflicting with Apple Media Services / Google Play Terms of Service, which you confirm you have reviewed.

Scope of License

The license for Fonogames is non-transferable and limited to use on Apple/Google devices you own or control, per the applicable store's usage rules. It may be accessed by associated accounts via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

Maintenance and Support

Prime Deploy is solely responsible for maintenance and support as specified in this EULA or required by law. Apple/Google have no such obligations.

Warranty

Prime Deploy is responsible for any warranties, express or implied, unless disclaimed. If Fonogames fails to meet a warranty, you may notify Apple/Googlefor a purchase price refund. To the extent permitted by law, Apple/Google have no further warranty obligations; Prime Deploy handles all related claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses.

Product Claims

Prime Deploy, not Apple/Google, addresses claims related to Fonogames or its use, including product liability, non-compliance with laws or regulations, and consumer protection or privacy issues.

Intellectual Property Rights

Deploy is solely responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and resolution, not Apple/Google.

Legal Compliance

You represent that (i) you are not in a U.S.-embargoed country or one designated as 'terrorist-supporting' by the U.S. Government; and (ii) you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

This EULA is between you and Prime Deploy only. Prime Deploy has no obligation to provide further details on terms, maintenance, or support.

Apple/Google and their subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you upon your acceptance.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions offer identical features with varying prices and renewal periods:

  • Unlimited feature access
  • Priority support
  • Backup and sync
  • Detailed insights and reports

Cancellation and Refund

Cancel subscriptions anytime without penalty via the App Store / Google Play Store . Refunds follow the applicable store's terms.
